 | About MeI am a recent graduate of Texas State University-San Marcos. I have a Bachelors of Science in Applied Sociology (2011) and a Master of Arts in Sociology (2014). While at Texas State I've performed qualitative research using various methods such as in-depth interviews, oral histories, ethnographies, informal interviews, and content analysis. I have also applied quantitative research methods using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). I posses valuable professional skills such as research, event planning, public speaking, writing business correspondence, and interacting with academic professionals and community leaders. Additionally, as a graduate assistant at Texas State University, I have advised students, tutored, graded and several times taught a multicultural studies course. I am confident that these skills will allow me to be a valuable asset and team player. |
